Driving Instructor Job Opportunities

We require fully qualified driving instructors to work throughout the Northeast area. Due to a dramatic increase in business we are looking for dynamic, self motivate professionals to join one of the Northeast's most popular and sort after driving schools.

We have worked hard for many years to establish our driving school as one of the best in the Northeast. We have specifically kept the driving school on a small scale to ensure the quality of service we have built our reputation on remains intact. So now is your chance to come and join us. However, we don't just take on the first driving instructors we see.

We require you:

• to be at least a grade 4 qualified driving instructor
• to be smart, presentable and articulate
• to always put the customer first
• to have the drive and amibition to succeed
• to be prepared to take extra training when required (CPD)

You will be required to attend a small, informal interview and once you start work for us our ORDIT Registered Driving Instructor Trainer will observe a number of your driving lessons (This is an ongoing requirement of working with Solo(uk) as it helps us keep the high standards we require and also identifies any areas for further development).

Any training you receive from us will be free of charge while you are working with us.

About Us

Our aim is to provide the highest quality Driving Tuition, Driving Instructor Training and Fleet Driver Training courses. All our training courses have been assessed and approved by the Driving Standards Agency and our Instructor Trainer is ORDIT and Fleet registered.

Together our instructors draw on many years experience within the driver training industry. But we dont't stop there!... As part of our terms and conditions our instructors must attend regular development courses to continually improve their skills.

Everyone learns at their own pace. We tailor our instruction around you. The most effective way to learn is around 2 hours per week, but we can should you wish, make the course a little more intensive and add more lessons per week where they are available. We offer a pick up and drop off service from your home, work or even from the shops if you can't make it home.

We try and accommodate most requests for evening and weekend lessons. These lesson times are very popular and therefore there is limited space available. Provided you are able to book ahead we should be able to meet most requests.
